Meet Al Professionally
Al Lee has a proven track record of moving teams from conflict to cooperation, helping them transition through changes in leadership and growth cycles, transforming miscommunications into forward momentum, and uniting team members around common goals. Al’s business and management credentials are combined with nationally recognized expertise in powerful personal techniques for mental, physical, and creative performance improvement, improving emotional intelligence, and effective stress management. His book “Perfect Breathing: Transform Your Life One Breath at a Time” is currently in international release in four languages
Whether working across multiple teams or organizations, or dealing with individual issues, Al achieves positive, enduring results by gaining a thorough understanding of each stakeholders perspective, priorities, and challenges in relation to the over-arching organizational goals and providing the transparency essential to successful decision making and leadership. Al is also experienced in helping teams design and integrate the processes for continual improvement of communications, workflow, problem solving, and decision-making.
Al’s professional experience spans the spectrum of roles, including internal roles in engineering and marketing, and as an external consultant in varying business environments – from non-profits such as the ALS Association and the National Speaker’s Association to Fortune 500 companies like Boeing, Raytheon, and ADP, as well as fast-paced, cutting edge high-tech start-ups.
Meet Al Personally
Although Al thrives in the chilled, conditioned air and unnatural lighting of conference rooms and auditoriums, when those are not available he fills the hours in-between with a variety of distractions. Al is a performing musician and songwriter (still waiting for that big hit), and also teaches classes in traditional Okinawan Karate. He loves adventures – especially foreign travel (and especially travel to places with warm, sunny beaches). He is also passionate about “giving back” and volunteers for a number of organizations, including the Children’s Cancer Association, the ALS Association (Lou Gehrig’s disease), and the National Speaker’s Association.
