Meet Christina Professionally

Christina McGuire has over 16 years’ experience in Organizational Development (OD) and Human Resources (HR). Her experience ranges from start-up companies to international companies in the industries of technology, manufacturing, financial services, and the U.S. Military. Christina specializes in organizations experiencing high growth or rapid change, and is noted for her high energy, insight and training abilities.

Christina works with companies to identify barriers to performance and provides leadership development, management development, change management, and teambuilding. Additional services also include HR auditing, alignment and implementation within the areas of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, employee retention, and training and development. She develops and delivers training programs in the areas of leadership skills, leading change, performance management, effective supervision, interviewing, leading teams, managing change, and communication.

Christina has taught as an adjunct professor in the undergraduate business program at the University of Phoenix. She also holds training certifications from Achieve Global leadership series, TDF, DiSC and Eagles Flight.

Meet Christina Personally

When not working, Christina enjoys raising her two children who make her laugh every day and remind her how wonderful life is through the eyes of children. She enjoys spending time as a family exploring the outdoors, swimming, bike riding and traveling in Oregon. Christina also enjoys reading or watching a good, funny movie when time allows.

She also has a bull mastiff and a cat that make sure there is always something exciting going on at home!
