Meet Paul Professionally

Paul Irvine is an experienced technology executive, with over 30 years in the software industry. Paul has helped some of the world’s largest organizations develop software products that meet market needs. Since 2002, Paul has focused on executive leadership of high growth and startup technology companies – building development organizations from the ground up, and delivering results to meet business objectives.
Paul gives companies the technical tools they need to perform in today’s rapidly changing marketplace. Specifically, he helps companies with database modeling, systems architecture, applications development, platform migration, web systems architecture and data center planning, including virtualization design, network design and SAS70 management.

As the acting Technical Director of a Las Vegas digital media / advertising agency, Paul helped the agency secure a multi-million dollar digital brand delivery contract. Previously, the agency had a significant traditional advertising and media business, but lacked a solid web development and digital delivery capability infrastructure. Paul helped the agency define, architect, and present a technology based RFP response to manage ERP and back-end systems integration to effectively support brand initiatives.  The agency won the $2.6M bid, and Paul continued to build and lead the technology team to a successful delivery

Meet Paul Personally

After hours, Paul can often be found strapping on a guitar and doing his best Eddie Van Knopfler impersonation with his band, Prime Number, doing rock and blues covers to raise funds for local schools and charities, some corporate and private functions, and the occasional public show. Meanwhile, back at the ranch, he shares his wife’s passion for horses and organic farming.

Paul’s current big project is a new home, with indoor riding arena, and laying the groundwork for self-sustaining organic vegetable production.
